A Quick Guide On Getting Started With Your Trio Spa Pro

Your First Session

1. Prepare the area: Clean the desired area with either a towel or cloth, this will get rid of any dirt and will get your skin ready for the first session.

2. Avoid using when skin is wet: Make sure the skin in the desired area is not wet before use, wet skin can impede the ability of the EMS to get through to the skin.

3. Turn on your Trio Spa Pro: Hold down the on button for 3 seconds to turn it on, your trio spa pro is now activated and is ready for use.

4. Switch Modes: To switch between different lights just tap the on button once, to increase intensity quickly double tap the on button. There are 3 different levels of intensity, the amount of lights displayed will show which intensity setting you are using. Check the diagram below for reference.

5. How To Use: Pick a general area such as the neck or face and gently glide on the skin in an up and down motion, there is not a particular right or wrong way as long as you are covering the area. To start out try using your trio spa pro in 5-10 minute sessions, we recommend for the best results use for up to 3 sessions per day.

Which Light Mode Do I Use?

We recommend using all 3 lights for an equal amount of time per session. However if you are seeking specific benefits then dedicate more time to the light that suits your needs.

Red Light - Lifts and tightens sagging skin, reduces fine lines and wrinkles as-well as improving skin texture.

Blue Light - Kills acne causing bacteria in addition reduces skin inflammation.

Purple Light - Improves blood circulation, repairs sun damaged skin and enhances skin fitness & vitality.

Top Tips

- Apply a small amount of your favourite moisturiser before use to soften the skin and really amplify the overall experience.

- Make it apart of your nightly routine: We have found consistency is key to getting results, the more your skin is exposed to the light therapy the more receptive the skin cells become.

- Focus on a particular area that you are seeking to improve. If you feel like you aren't seeing any results after a couple of weeks, try focusing on one area for a couple of weeks.
